- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped
For Kickstarter backers and pre-order customers, processing begins once the product is ready to ship. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be communicated separately.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We primarily ship via air freight to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Other regions: 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and local logistics conditions.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and will be displayed at checkout.
- Standard shipping starts from $8 USD
- Final shipping fees are confirmed at checkout
We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time.
4. Kickstarter & Pre-Order Shipping
For Kickstarter backers and pre-order customers:
- Fulfillment begins once production is completed and quality checks are passed
- Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference only
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors beyond our control
Backers and pre-order customers will be notified by email when their order ships.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
7. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Mōera is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@moerasleep.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and photos where applicable. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
